Jordan has been part of Top Job Asphalt for more than 20 years and is passionate about finding creative solutions that give every customer the best possible result while staying within their budget. A Cache Valley native, he's always looking for ways to improve the company—from building new equipment to refining processes and creating technical, marketing, and legal documents that help the business operate more effectively.

Outside of work, Jordan enjoys raising cattle, riding horses, and spending time with his four daughters. And if you ask him for a party trick, he can plug both ears with one hand!

Jason has been with Top Job Asphalt for seven years and serves as the company's Chief Financial Officer. Having lived all over the US, he plays a key role in keeping the business running efficiently, with a particular passion for developing and improving the estimating spreadsheets that help our team deliver accurate, reliable quotes.

Jason's favorite part of working at Top Job is the friendly, team-oriented atmosphere. Outside of work, you'll often find him sailing on Bear Lake or Hyrum Reservoir. Before joining Top Job, Jason had an exciting career flying air medical helicopters, bringing the same focus and precision to every mission that he brings to our team today.

As Asphalt Superintendent at Top Job Asphalt, Kevin oversees projects in the field, coordinating crews, planning workflow, and ensuring every job comes together with precision. A Cache Valley native, he thrives on creating an efficient game plan that keeps projects moving smoothly from start to finish.

Kevin's favorite part of working at Top Job is the company culture and the people he works alongside each day. He approaches every project as a craft, believing the finished product should reflect careful planning, attention to detail, and pride in the work. Outside of work, Kevin enjoys relaxing—though he's usually still thinking through ways to improve the next project.

Sam has been with Top Job Asphalt for six years and leads the company's sales and marketing efforts. Originally from Great Falls, Montana, he's passionate about solving complex problems that improve the customer experience while helping the company continue to grow.

Sam thrives on setting ambitious goals and working hard to achieve them. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and kids, exploring the outdoors through canyoneering and spelunking, and relaxing on the water. A fun fact about Sam—he's the oldest of 11 siblings!

Sales & Marketing Manager
As General Manager at Top Job Asphalt, Scott is responsible for keeping projects running smoothly while ensuring every customer receives an exceptional experience. Originally from Nashville, he enjoys the daily challenge of leading the team, coordinating schedules, and finding solutions that keep jobs on track.

Scott's favorite part of working at Top Job is the people, and he's committed to making sure every customer's needs are met from start to finish. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, being involved in his church, and cheering on the Los Angeles Dodgers. A fun fact about Scott: before entering the asphalt industry, he played professional baseball.

General Manager
Emma keeps our financial operations organized and running smoothly. Originally from Payson, Utah, she enjoys improving processes and finding more efficient ways to support the team behind the scenes.

Emma's favorite part of working at Top Job is being part of a team that's working toward the same goal and creating something that lasts. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, exploring the outdoors, crocheting, and tackling creative projects. She's always making something from scratch!

Bookkeeper
Trever brings nearly two decades of experience in asphalt paving, maintenance, and construction. Originally from Garland, Utah, he enjoys working directly with customers, helping them understand their projects, and seeing each job through from start to finish.

One of Trever's favorite things about working at Top Job is the close relationship he has with the owners and the team's commitment to doing quality work. Outside of work, you'll find him hunting, fishing, camping, or spending time with his two grandkids, who keep him smiling.

Asphalt Specialist
Natasha recently joined the Top Job Asphalt team as an Estimator and is already making a difference by helping homeowners feel heard, informed, and confident throughout the paving process. Originally from Salt Lake City, she enjoys building relationships with customers, and helping them find asphalt solutions that will last for years to come. She loves being part of a team that genuinely stands behind its work and is committed to making every customer happy.

When she's not meeting with customers, you'll likely find Natasha exploring the outdoors on a hike or nature walk, or spending time with family and friends. Bonus points if there is Italian food!

Jocelyn is a seasonal Office Assistant who joins the Top Job Asphalt team each summer. As the owner's daughter, she's grown up around the business and enjoys helping keep the office running smoothly by supporting the team wherever she's needed, but her favorite task is helping with spec bids.

One of Jocelyn's favorite things about working at Top Job is the incredible people. She's known for bringing a fun, upbeat energy to the office, often lightening the mood with a quick game or laugh that keeps everyone smiling.

Jocelyn enjoys spending her free time reading. She also has a unique dream—one day she'd love to own a castle in Europe!

Kristi recently joined Top Job Asphalt as a Marketing Assistant. A Cache Valley native, she enjoys combining creativity with strategy to help share the Top Job story and connect with customers. One of her favorite parts of the job is speaking with customers and hearing about their positive experiences with the company.

Outside of work, Kristi enjoys hiking, photography, and exploring the outdoors with her family. She is also a busy mom of three!

Ashley provides the Top Job team with support wherever it's needed—from helping keep the fleet running smoothly to assisting around the office. Originally from Los Angeles and raised in Cache Valley, she enjoys learning something new every day and appreciates working alongside such a great team.

One of Ashley's favorite parts of the job is running for parts and learning more about the trucks, equipment, and the work that keeps Top Job moving. Outside of work, you'll find her off-roading, working on her car, kayaking, fishing, traveling, or checking out new food spots with friends. She's always picking up a new hobby or skill, making every adventure a chance to learn something new.
